PUKL- Portland United Kite League
The British nationals for big air kiteboarding; PUKL was commissioned by a Portland based kite school for what was set to be the most extreme kiteboarding competition the UK has ever seen. With gale force winds and heavy rains, these highly skilled athletes was quite the spectacle enticing you in to the elements!
